F.A.Q.

A 50% deposit is required to book a charter and full payment is required before departing from the dock.  We accept many payment options including Cash, Venmo, and Credit Cards. 

Cancellations done at least 48 hours before departure time of your booked trip will receive a full refund. Any cancellations done within 48 hours of your scheduled trip will NOT receive a refund. Cancellations due to weather conditions or boat-related issues will be refunded in full. If at any time during the trip you or a member of your crew feels sick or is not confident in the conditions, the trip can be cancelled and you will only be charged for the time spent out on the water. 

Checking the weather for the day of your scheduled trip can give you a good idea of what temperatures and conditions to expect. Plan to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, rain gear (even if there is no rain in the forecast), a hat, appropriate clothing, food and drinks, and a cooler to transport your catch. 

I always recommend that anglers take motion sickness medicine the night before and the morning of your trip if they have any doubts about their sea worthiness. There is nothing worse than getting 15-30 miles away from shore and finding out that you get sea sick. Read the labels on any medication that you take and check with your doctor if you have any doubts. 

We will meet at Up The Creek Marina in Absecon, where the boat is docked. Guests can also be picked up at Farley State Marina at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City for an additional fee.  Pickup will be on E dock.

Parking is available at Up The Creek Marina. If your group is travelling in multiple vehicles, please park them one in front of the other to create more space for other boaters. Parking for Farley State Marina in Atlantic City can be done in the Golden Nugget parking garage. 

Beer is permitted in cans only, no glass bottles. Liquor and illegal drugs will not be permitted. If any member of the crew becomes intoxicated, the trip will be cancelled without a refund. 

I supply all fishing rods and reels, bait, tackle, and ice. You only need to bring enough food, snacks, and drinks to last you for the trip.
